Ling is a member of the cod family.
It is long and slender with a mottled olive and brown colour.
It has delicious white flesh and is excellent in a range of dishes.
Individual fillet steak (140g-150g) of wild caught Ling, filleted and then frozen in-house by the BH Fish team.
Every effort is made to remove all bones, but some may still remain.
Our frozen Ling can be kept in your freezer for up to 3 months.
Once defrosted, do not refreeze and eat within 24 hours.
