Sea Bass with lemon caper dressing

Baked Sea Bass with Lemon Caper Dressing. Really quick and easy. Season Sea Bass with olive oil, garlic, dill, salt and pepper. Place on parchment paper on baking tray and bake for 6min - 8min.

For the Lemon Caper Dressing:

3 tbsp of Extra virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp of lemon and grated zest

2 tbsp of small capers

2 tbsp of chopped flat-leaf parsley

And some seasoning ?
