Grey Mullet en Papillote

En papillote refers to a moist-heat cooking method where the food is enclosed in a packet of parchment paper or foil and then cooked in the oven. My dad used to make this all the time. There is so many ways of making fish en papillote, as long as there is herbs, garlic, onions or shallots, cherry tomatoes, lemons, vegetables... Cheeky me, I even added a pinch of saffron and 1 tbsp of turmeric.
