BBQ Sea Bass served with Jollof Rice

Very easy and tasty barbecue. To marinade the Sea Bass, I used garlic, ginger, parsley, fresh lemon juice, 1tsp of nutmeg and about 2 tablespoons of oil. To stop the sea Bass from sticking to the barbecue, I place a few thin slices of oranges (you can also do that with thin slices of lemons) at the bottom of the fish. And did the same when I turned the fish over to grill the other side. Et Voilà, Bon appétit ?.
